This policy explains how we process personal data collected through this website, including forms, newsletter subscriptions, diagnostics, analytics cookies and verification communications.

Browser local storage
We store the analytics-cookie preference in the browser. The diagnostic may locally store a minimal non-identifying copy of operational answers so the user can see the result if the connection fails; name, email, company, website, free text and attribution data are not stored locally.
Diagnostic and recommendations
The diagnostic generates indicative, informational estimates. It does not produce legally significant decisions or equivalent automated decisions.
Commercial communications
We only send newsletters or commercial communications when an optional checkbox is selected or a subscription is confirmed. Each communication includes an unsubscribe route.
Processors, transfers and security
We use technical providers for hosting, transactional email, analytics, repositories, CRM/internal sync and security. Where a provider may process data outside the European Economic Area, contractual and transfer safeguards are reviewed before final approval.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed to handle the request, manage the relationship, evidence consent, comply with legal obligations or maintain suppression lists. Specific periods are documented in the internal retention record and reviewed periodically.

You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability rights by writing to hola@area-europa.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority.
